How long does customs clearance usually take?
With complete documents and no issues with the cargo, clearance usually takes 1–3 working days in Central Asia and Russia and possibly 3–5 working days in some Middle Eastern countries, depending on the type of goods and customs review.
How long does product certification take?
EAC certification usually takes 2–4 weeks, GOST about 2–6 weeks and SASO about 2–6 weeks depending on the product. We plan ahead based on the certification type and product.
Can documents be pre-checked before shipment?
Yes, and we recommend it. Our document pre-check finds and corrects issues in advance, avoiding demurrage caused by discrepancies after the cargo arrives.
