How long does company registration usually take?

In Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, for example, the whole registration process usually takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the country, entity type and processing speed.

Do I need to be present in person to register a company?

In most cases, no. We can act on your behalf under a power of attorney, so you do not need to travel.

What else needs to be done after registration?

Usually bank account opening, tax registration, social insurance registration and so on. We can assist with all of these so the entity can operate normally right after registration.
