Service Overview
For factories, production lines, warehouse bases and other production construction projects, we provide full-cycle management from pre-approvals, civil works and equipment installation to commissioning. As the owner's project management representative, we coordinate government bodies, design institutes, contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure compliant, on-time, high-quality delivery.
Scope of Services
Project initiation and front-end planning: site selection advice, feasibility support, mapping the approval path
Design management: coordination of process design, civil and MEP design
Procurement management: equipment procurement planning, supplier comparison and delivery control
Construction management: schedule, cost, quality and safety management and site coordination
Equipment installation and commissioning management: coordination of installers and equipment suppliers
Trial operation and final acceptance: organising trial production, acceptance and handover
Our Advantages
Owner's representative position: We do not take part in construction and focus on project control.
Full-cycle perspective: From feasibility study to start-up, we make sure every stage connects smoothly with the next.
Local approval experience: We know the requirements for land use, environmental impact, fire safety and energy assessments in Central Asian countries.
Risk anticipation: Early warnings at key milestones reduce stoppages and rework.
How does production construction management differ from ordinary construction project management?
Production projects involve process design, equipment installation, commissioning and more, making them more complex than ordinary civil construction. We focus on managing process requirements together with civil works, MEP and approvals.
Can you handle equipment installation?
No. We manage equipment suppliers and installers, draw up installation plans, supervise quality and safety, and coordinate concurrent work, but we do not carry out installation ourselves.
Can you take over a project that is already under construction?
Yes. We first assess the project — its schedule, quality, contracts and risks — and then draw up a takeover and corrective plan to bring the project back on track.
